Delivery

Each unique Back~to~Front t-shirt is made to order in London, UK so please allow 5 working days for your gorgeous hand-finished t-shirt to be despatched (in most cases it will be sooner). If for any reason there is a delay in completing your order we will contact you and keep you informed. If you need something in a desperate hurry then email us at sales@back-to-front.co.uk or call on 07811467807 and we’ll try our best to oblige. As all designs are made to order please call us at least 48 hours before you need the t-shirt.

We send our t-shirts first class via Royal Mail in the UK and use Airsure via Royal Mail for Europe/Worldwide deliveries. Estimated delivery times being 1-4 days for the UK and 5-7 days for Europe and between 7-15 days Worldwide. At the checkout we offer the options of Recorded or Next Day UK delivery for those of a nervous disposition or just in a downright hurry to get their new design on their chest!

Order 2 or more t-shirts and we will deliver them to you free of charge (UK standard service).

If you like what you see then simply choose the colour and size you require, pop it in the old basket and race to the checkout with your credit card at the ready. After registering your details and entering your card details you will soon be the proud owner of a Back~to~Front! You will receive email confirmation of your order imminently. All debit, credit and charge card transactions are processed by Google Checkout which uses state of the art security tools and techniques, both proprietary and unique, so that you are protected against any possible risk.

We do understand that some people prefer not to give their details over the internet, if you are one of them but are desparate to get your hands on one of our t-shirts then please choose one of the following ways to place your order:

Drop us a line clearly stating your order and delivery address and enclose a cheque/postal order/International Money Order (in GB Sterling only) in payment. Please make cheques payable to A McNaught. Returns

We want you to be a happy Back~to~Front customer but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order returns can be made any time within 14 days of delivery. We offer a full refund or exchange on condition that items are returned unworn, with labels intact, in the condition they were despatched. Please also enclose a copy of your original order stating whether you require an exchange or refund and the reason for returning. We will process refunds and exchanges as quickly as possible-you will receive an email confirming when a refund has been made to you or when an exchange has been sent out. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item you have received is faulty in which case we will hang our heads in shame and cough up. We recommend you send returns by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and obtain proof of postage.
